Paula Ann Nastansky, 26, of Grand Rapids, MN passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in her home. She was born March 2, 1991 in Grand Rapids, MN to Timothy Nastansky and Mara (Wagner) Brough. She graduated from Grand Rapids High School in 2009. Paula made a career of her passion for cooking. She was a very kind hearted, enthusiastic, friendly person and when she found something she enjoyed she put 110% into it. Paula's pride and joy was her orange mustang and loved driving her dream car. She had an incredible sense of humor and we will always miss her laugh. Paula played hockey all through her school age years. She loved animals, especially penguins and her two cats, Luci and Sonny. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, June Nastansky. Paula is survived by her parents Timothy Nastansky and Mara Brough of Grand Rapids, MN; sisters, Kelly (Corey) Nihart of Royalton, MN, Amy (John) Wirtanen of Coleraine, MN; paternal grandfather, Marvin Nastansky of Grand Rapids, MN; maternal grandparents, Darrel (Kathleen) Wagner of Grand Rapids, MN; uncles, Dr. Mark Wagner of Hibbing, MN, Bret (Sandy) Wagner of Grand Rapids, MN, Barry (Sarah) Wagner of Grand Rapids, MN, Dan (Olivia) Nastansky of Odessa, TX; aunts, Theresa Nastansky of Grand Rapids, MN, Donna Harris of Cohasset, MN, Karen (Ken) Guith of Grand Rapids, MN, Jeannie (Scott) Keeler of Zimmerman, MN, Becky Nastansky of Mankato, MN; niece, Rachel Nihart; nephew, Ryan Nihart both of Royalton, MN; a very close and supportive friend, Sue Baker of Grand Rapids, MN; and many other relatives and friends.
