Marlee Ione Johnson, 82, of Grand Rapids, MN passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018.
Marlee McDonald was born in LaMoure, ND on January 3, 1936 to Clarence and Erma (Exner) McDonald. She graduated from Jamestown High School. She"s been a resident of Grand Rapids since 1972. Marlee worked at Kmart for over 20 years. She enjoyed the outdoors, was an outstanding bowler for many years in Hibbing and Grand Rapids. She was also an active volunteer with Let"s Go Fishing.
Marlee is preceded in death by her mother, father, two brothers, and her grandson, Kevin Foix.
Marlee is survived by children, Linda Ross of Bovey, Lori Johnson of Nashwauk, Doug Johnson (Margaret) of White Bear Lake, Doran Johnson of Grand Rapids, and Becky Olderbak of Apple Valley, 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and other family and friends.
