Mark Douglas Greniger, 52, lifelong resident of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday September 15, 2013 at his home. Mark was born in Grand Rapids, Minnesota to Edward and Edna Greniger. Mark worked in the area as a machinist and a carpenter. His hobby was repairing cars and doing handy favors for those in need. His passion was fishing with his fishing buddies in both summer and winter. Mark was an active member of the Assemblies of God Church. He loved the people there and was involved in many activities. He will be remembered for his love of God and his Savior, and helping many people with special needs with the word of God. He was preceded in death by his father Edward, and a brother, Michael. He is survived by his wife, Deanna, two sons, Josh (Casandra) and Jacob (Heather); one daughter, Jennifer (Joe) Parson; grandchildren, Skyler, Michael, Hallie, Cameron, and Braxton; his mother, Edna Greniger; brother, Gary (Barb) Greniger; sisters, Brenda Strey, Donna (Jerry) Topper, and Delores (Dave) Schumacher; and his special companion, his dog, Windsor.
