Kathryn Lucille Nelson (Calhoun) passed away on September 28, 2014 at Kylar Glen in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. She was born on January 23, 1940 to the late Robert E. Calhoun and the late Dorothy Calhoun. Kathryn is survived by her 3 daughters: (Barbara J.( Whirley) - James of Cheyenne, Wyoming; Patricia Brockway of Pequot Lakes, Minnesota ; Heidi Ketterman of Keewatin, Minnesota. Kathryn had one great-grand-child Rain Anders Anwer ; 5 Grandchildren. Stephanie James; Justin M. Whirley, Jesse L. Whirley, Jared C. Brockway and Alyse N. Brockway and her siblings Robert K. Calhoun and Linda Hoard; she had lost her long battle to cancer. Kathryn was an active member of St. Andrews church and was co-owner of Quality Wild rice with her late husband Donald Nelson.
