Idella Gertrude (Ramsdell) Hoard, 92, of Cohasset, MN, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015 in Grand Village, Grand Rapids, MN. She was born July 8, 1922 in Spooner, WI to William and Gladys (Shipman) Ramsdell. Idella graduated from Grand Rapids High School and married Russell Hoard on October 18, 1941 in Cohasset, MN. She was a member of the Community Bible Chapel, Cohasset, MN. Idella enjoyed watching her sons, grandsons and gr-grandsons wrestling matches and the Minnesota Twins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Hoard; parents; and all her siblings. Idella is survived by her children, Larry Hoard of Balsam, MN, Duane Hoard of Grand Rapids, MN, Lavern (Linda) Hoard of Cohasset, MN, Charlotte (Gale) Lock of New Castle, WY, Wanda (Bruce) Schear of Remer, MN, Alton (Robin) Hoard of Scottville, MI, Stanley Hoard of Cohasset, MN; 21 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; 14 gr-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
