Helen Myrtla (Erven) Mjolsness, 91, of Grand Rapids, MN passed away Friday, June 20th, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was born August 27, 1922 in Grand Rapids, MN to Fred and Mary (Gibbs) Erven. Helen married Harold Mjolsness on November 21, 1940 in Grand Rapids, MN. She was a member of First Lutheran Church and a member of the bible study group. Helen enjoyed traveling and loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Harold; parents; brother, Raymond Erven; sisters, Alice Trembath, Elaine Murray, and Esther Erven. Helen is survived by her son, Greg (Julie) Mjolsness of Pillager, MN; daughters, Deanna (Jim) Gorden of Cohasset, MN, Linda (Tony) Helland of Cohasset, MN, Janet (Larry) Hauser of Grand Rapids, MN, Nancy (Jerry) Swalboski of Grand Rapids, MN; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 2 gr-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
