Ernest "Odie" Walter Olsen Jr., age 57, of Nashwauk, MN passed away unexpectedly Sunday, February 20th, 2022.

He"s a longtime resident of Nashwauk, MN, and was born December 20th, 1964 to Ernest and Mary Olsen in Hibbing, MN.

Odie loved fishing, golfing, working on cars, farming, and spending time with his friends and family. He always had a smile on his face, always had a project to work on and was always willing to lend a helping hand.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Mary Olsen and his brother, Wesley Olsen.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Olsen; Siblings, Julie (Tracy) Robinson, Ron Olsen; his stepchildren, Jake (Sarah) Tillotson, Sandee (Patrick) West, Andy Tillotson; his grandchildren, Shyanne Meadows, Nika (Reece) Sandberg, Ryker Tillotson, Liam West, Lily West; and his great-grandchildren, Caden, Cameron, Colton and Casey Meadows and Emberley Sandberg.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday, February 25th, 2022 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM at the Cloverdale Hall, 16470 Co. Rd. 8, Nashwauk, MN.
