Dennis Linn Tobey, 70 of Bovey, MN, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Grand Village Nursing Home. He was born March 22, 1949 in Grand Rapids, MN to Lee and Alma (Linn) Tobey. He graduated from Grand Rapids High School and is a U.S. Veteran having served in Vietnam. He enjoyed riding his Harley, hunting and fishing.
He is preceded by his son, Dana Tobey and his parents.
Dennis is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Warren) Foster of Bovey, MN; brothers, Eldon Tobey of Brooklyn Park, MN; Darrel (Linda) Tobey of Kansas City, MO, Leland Tobey of Hibbing, MN; sisters, Anita (Rick) Morgan of Paynesville, MN, Barbara Smith of Bemidji, MN, Janice (Gary) Waldrop of Lakeview AR; Gail (Dan) Sutherland of Bovey, MN; Three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
