Beverlee L. Iltis, 102, 85 year resident of International Falls, MN, passed away on December 5, 2009. Beverlee L. Iltis, 102, 85 year resident of International Falls, MN, passed away on December 5, 2009. She was born February 9, 1907 in Coleraine to Newton and Isabell Kinter. She was married to Raymond P. Medved and then to Russell R. Iltis for 30 years. Beverlee and Russell owned and operated Iltis Drug Store in International Falls. To honor Beverlee, the mayor of International Falls annually proclaimed February 9 "Beverlee Iltis Day". She loved animals and antiques. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Raymond Medved and Russell R. Iltis, and daughter Marjie Medved Opsahl. Surviving family includes her son, Raymond L. Medved; granddaughters, Barbara Ready, Nanette Mark, and Nanette Medved; and grandson, Mark Medved. Services will be held in the Spring. Libbey Funeral Home, Grand Rapids, Minn.
