Arlene Tarbell, 90, of Grand Rapids, MN, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016. She was born March 14th, 1925 to Adolf and Grace Hiorth in Council Bluffs, IA. In 1944 she married Earl Tarbell and they had three children. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl Tarbell; and a daughter, Grace. Arlene is survived by her son, Orland (Carla) Tarbell; daughter, Evelyn (Lonnie) McNeil; grandchildren, Cyndi, Ron, Brett and Andrea; and 5 great-grandchildren.
